(If only 1 hour is booked between this timeframe 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm everyday: $34 (CAD) per hour + tax)

Formal Steps for Booking a Court
Scope of Application: These steps are applicable to all individuals seeking to book a court, including coaches.
Date Selection: Select the desired date by referring to the numbered Excel sheet located at the bottom of our booking platform. This will enable you to check the availability of the court for your preferred date.

Initial Booking Request: To proceed with your booking, send a direct message exclusively to the number 437-265-1388. This message should include your name, phone number, and the specific date and time you are requesting for the court booking.
Confirmation and Payment: Upon receiving a booking confirmation, you are required to execute an Email Money Transfer (EMT) to the email address ca.ca.bac.bac@gmail.com. Ensure that the transfer note includes your name, phone number, and the exact date and time you are requesting, as these details must match those in your initial booking request.
Receipt of Booking Confirmation Number: Following the successful processing of your payment, a booking confirmation number will be issued. This number will be sent to the phone number you provided in your initial booking request.
Court Booking/ Rental/ Reservations - Terms and Conditions:
Confirmation Requirement: Please be aware that a confirmation number is mandatory for all court bookings to be considered valid. The absence of a confirmation number indicates that the court has not been successfully booked by the customer. It is imperative that customers adhere strictly to the outlined procedures following a thorough understanding of the CA Badminton Academy's regulations. Pre-Payment for Booking.
Pre-Payment Obligation: To finalize your booking request, a pre-payment is obligatory. This payment must be completed within 15 minutes following the receipt of a response to your booking inquiry. Failure to comply with this timeframe will result in the non-confirmation of the booking. Matching Information Requirement.
Consistency of Information: The details provided in your pre-payment must correspond exactly with those in the initial direct message that contained your booking request. Confirmation of your booking will only be issued via direct message once payment is received within the specified timeframe. Adjustments for Promotions and Discounts.
Promotion and Discount Adjustments: In cases where promotions or discounts are available, please note that the charges and costs will be adjusted to reflect these offers. Customers are encouraged to inquire about any ongoing promotions at the time of booking.

A comprehensive list of badminton strings can be provided upon request for your selection. Expedited stringing services are available within a 30-minute timeframe through pre-arrangement, subject to additional fees.

Court Booking/ Rental/ Reservations - Terms and Conditions:
PLEASE NOTE: booking a court constitutes an agreement to adhere to all rules, prohibitions, and restrictions set forth by the facility. It is strongly advised that these are read and understood carefully prior to booking.
Private Coaching Regulations: It is imperative to note that private coaching in any capacity is strictly forbidden within the premises of CA Badminton Academy unless there is explicit, written consent and prior approval from the Academy. Authorized coaches are required to use their own equipment, including but not limited to shuttles, rackets, and feeding machinery, unless specific permission and prior approval are obtained from CA Badminton Academy.
Dress and Footwear Code: Participants are required to wear appropriate athletic attire and non-marking footwear at all times within the facility. Outdoor footwear and barefoot presence are strictly prohibited. All outdoor footwear must be changed at the entrance of the facility.
Check-in Procedure: Upon arrival, all participants must check in at the front desk.
Food and Beverage Policy: The consumption of outside food or beverages, including chewing gum, is not permitted within the facility.
Court Entry and Exit Protocol: Participants are requested to walk outside the court lines when entering and exiting the facility.
Conduct and Respect: Respectful and courteous behaviour towards staff and other participants is mandatory at all times. Inappropriate language or behaviour will not be tolerated and may lead to the immediate revocation of facility access without refund.
Liability for Damages: Participants will be held responsible for any damage caused to the facility or its property, including equipment provided or rented. CA Badminton Academy reserves the right to revoke participation at any point for non-compliance with these rules, prohibitions, or restrictions.
Assumption of Risk: Participants are deemed to be fully aware of and accept the risks, hazards, and dangers associated with their presence at CA Badminton Academy. This includes, but is not limited to, the risks of accidents, personal injury, death, illness, disease transmission, property damage or loss, and theft. Participation in any activity, including voluntary and involuntary competition, exposes participants to the risk of injuries and various forms of loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, economic, personal, or consequential.
Participants understand and agree that CA Badminton Academy has taken reasonable measures to ensure safety but cannot be held responsible for any injuries, damages, or risks assumed solely by the participants, arising from any cause, including deliberate or negligent actions by participants, spectators, bystanders, or the Academy itself.
